about us

When it comes to American fashion design houses, one can never skip the name of Kate Spade. Founded in 1993 by Andy and Kate Spade, the luxury brand is best known for its lovely designer bags. The husband-and-wife duo decided to start their own line of handbags when Kate found herself frustrated for not having a fashionable handbag that was also functional. Upon her husband’s encouragement, she set out to design six bags for her very first collection.

Clean and Minimalistic

Her bags imbued uniqueness in being super feminine and stylish yet highly practical. Spade distinguished herself from other fashion luxury labels by detouring from any experimentation or edginess. This is why the luxury brand’s aesthetic can be defined as feminine, pretty, and logical. Spade made sure that her designer bags were characteristic of affordable luxury and functionality.

My studio is a collective of amazing people striving to provide best look & feel.

The brand’s most famous carryall nylon bags come in various bright colors and styles – appealing to women of all ages. They are perfect for a woman nearing retirement and equally desirable for a girl just beginning her career. The luxury brand’s logo is also logical and straightforward – representing the surname of its founder. The business was later acquired by Tapestry Inc. – previously known as Coach.

Today, Kate Spade has grown into a lifestyle house having a myriad of products under its belt. From shoes, clothes, and jewelry to home décor and tech accessories – you can find everything in more than 175 shops worldwide. Even though the designer separated herself from the brand in 2007 and later died in 2018 of suicide – her vision and style continue to live through the luxury brand.
